Executive Presence Coaching

Be a Leader with Executive Presence

Executive presence matters. When 400 CEOs were asked how they choose next-level leaders, 89% of them said they looked for one critical trait—executive presence. This quality is crucial for professional success.

Do Your Leaders Have Executive Presence?

Do your leaders have executive presence? If they don’t, how can they get it? The good news is that the qualities of executive presence can be learned. Coaching for executive presence is at the core of Joel’s coaching services. If you already have it, you can begin to leverage it to move ahead. And if you don’t have it, you can learn how to get it.

Executive Presence Based on Extensive Original Research

Joel takes you on a deep dive into the anatomy of executive presence. Using extensive original research, gleaned from studying executive presence for more than 15 years, he’s uncovered the 9 essential qualities of executive presence. His 3×3 Executive Presence Model doesn’t just explain executive presence—it walks you step-by-step through exercises and strategies for cultivating each essential element. Methodically explaining how to master each one, he equips you with a personalized plan for growth, demystifies what executive presence is, and debunks misconceptions that hold you back.

Executive Presence Book

Joel’s highly acclaimed book, Executive Presence, is the perfect companion tool to his top-notch executive presence coaching. Participants can continue to grow their executive presence when they have a copy to use as their guide to success.

How Leaders Can Develop Executive Presence

By receiving practical, real-time feedback and counsel from the executive coach, the leader is able to identify specific executive presence behaviors that can be improved immediately. The value and bottom line impact of the coaching can be clearly seen in an extremely quick time frame.

What do executive coaching services include? Joel’s executive presence coaching program provides employees with a step-by-step process on how to build, develop, and grow their executive presence. The nine competencies highlighted in the executive presence model, provide leaders with clarity on what executive presence actually is. They gain the blueprint on how to show up in three key executive presence domains: gravitas, authority, and expression.

From my book: Diagram of the executive presence model illustrating the 3 domains: 'radiate gravitas', 'act with authority', and 'express yourself fully'.

Who Benefits From Executive Presence Coaching?

  • Employees with a solid performance who are ready for the next level.

  • Future company leaders.

  • Managers who want to help employees grow into leaders.

  • Marginalized employees.

  • Top-level leaders and senior executives.

The higher leaders rise in an organization, the more executive presence becomes a necessity for success. Employees in a new management job often lack the high-level skill set that would allow them to succeed in the role. Leadership coaching is the missing ingredient to their success.

This executive coaching program is ideal for individuals who are newly promoted and want to strengthen their leadership styles, as well as for those already in leadership positions where enhanced executive presence and an inspirational leadership style are essential. Learn how a professional coach with a proven track record of success will change the game for your career.

Maybe you’re been succeeding in your current role, but not to the point that your boss has earmarked you as leadership material. Or maybe you’ve been recently promoted, but you’re wondering how to get others to see you as a leader.

That’s where executive presence coaching comes in, empowering leaders to step into their full potential. Rather than settling for just performing well in their current position, they learn to push their own limits to find out what they’re truly capable of achieving. For instance, women in leadership roles in their business can break through barriers as they hone their executive presence.

Why Do Employees Need a High Degree of Executive Presence?

This executive presence coaching program will show employees how to step into their power, convey confidence, and lead with conviction. As they rise in the organization, executive presence must keep pace with their growth. The higher the stakes, the more they need power and presence.

A coaching program focused on executive presence will strengthen an employee’s leadership abilities and boost their confidence. It will help them gain increased trust and respect from top executives. They will increase their authority and the likelihood of receiving high-profile projects, as a result.

Why Do Companies Need Employees with Executive Presence?

By helping your people cultivate their executive presence, you’ll accomplish each of these objectives:

  • Build a leadership pipeline.

  • Gain the most from your hidden leaders.

  • Dramatically boost retention and engagement.

  • Know the value each leader is contributing.

  • Benefit from a diverse pool of talent.

6 Month Executive Presence Coaching Program

The six month period gives leaders enough time to truly internalize the lessons learned in the coaching sessions and turn them into a natural part of their leadership practice. It provides ample time to do all of the following:

  • Implement new strategies.

  • Gain expert feedback over a long period of time.

  • Overcome the hurdles you face.

  • Begin to truly flourish as a leader.

At the end of the coaching period, you may have become a leader that you wouldn’t even have recognized at the outset of the program!

I contacted Joel to help increase my confidence and visibility. He helped me identify barriers that kept me in the background and we developed a plan to overcome them. I now speak up more at meetings, work on high profile projects and have just completed an article for publication.
